Award winning photo of The Pantheon in Rome. The sunlight was streaming in just right the day I visited this amazing (and incredibly well preserved) structure. The Romans affectionately call it's portico "Rome's Umbrella," as it becomes a gathering place on rainy days. They say it is wonderful to stand around chit-chatting and eating gelato while watching the rain fall through the oculus high above. Ah, Bella Roma!
